What is RULER?

The RULER Programme is fundamental in our school, as it fosters the emotional and social development of our students. It aims to teach them to recognise, understand and regulate their emotions, improving coexistence and academic performance.

It works as follows:

– Students learn to identify and name their emotions.

– They develop strategies to manage them in a healthy way.

– Empathy and understanding of others is encouraged.

– Teachers and parents are involved in the process, creating a supportive and understanding environment.
